Lock 19 was great to work with. We did a take out order for 57 people and they were communicative the whole time. The food was delicious, just a little different than I expected! I thought the hamburgers and sandwiches would be assembled but just the fixings on the side, but it ended up all being disassembled. So it took longer to eat than I was expecting. Then the loaded fries had shredded cheese with it instead of warm cheese that is at least traditional where I'm from. Overall it was a good experience though! I would recommend them for a catering event again, I would advise you get the details on how it'll come.

Response from Lock 19 Dang...looks like we should have communicated better our process. Usually dont do large burger orders assembled just because the buns and toppings get all limp or soggy. Shoot. Hopefully we get a chance to do things better and different for you all next time.
